Each floor has the same rows; each row is an aisle (odds one side, evens the other). Spots are labelled like A203 — row A, floor 2, spot 03.

Pricing: the first hour is charged in full, every hour after it is pro-rated by the minute, and a driver never pays more than the daily cap per 24 hours. Set the cap to 0 for no cap.
